A Royal Park makes a unique setting. We welcome event organisers to hold events in our parks.
Applying to hold a small event in a Royal Park
The Royal Parks are a major attraction for event organisers. Every year, we host hundreds of small and medium events.
Applications for small events will be considered by our dedicated Parks Events Team. At least 6 weeks’ notice is required.
Parks events that are typically small or medium events would be:
- Walks and runs
- Transiting cycles
- Community sports competitions
- Large picnics
- A concert on a bandstand
- One-off small performing arts events e.g. outdoor opera, a recital or small theatre production on a bandstand
