- Join expert guide Mimi, an experienced ecotherapist, as you practice mindfulness in a peaceful pocket of The Regent’s Park.
- Tune into the peacefulness of walking and reconnecting with yourself and your environment, engaging with the stunning natural surroundings of The Regent’s Park.
