VE Day events pay tribute to the millions of people across the UK and Commonwealth who served in the Second World War.

More than 1,300 members of the Armed Forces, uniformed services and young people will march in a procession to commemorate 80 years since the end of the Second World War in Europe, known as Victory in Europe (VE) Day. The procession will start at Parliament Square, finishing at the Queen Victoria Memorial and will be followed by a flypast featuring the Red Arrows and 23 current and historic aircraft.
